Sienna miller, baroness in G.I.Joe recently had to lose some weight in order to fit into her skin tight suit in order to closely resemble the baroness to stay true to the G.I. Joe form. Now most people make the mistake of thinking that actresses or actors that get paid millions to play big roles have all the time in the world to workout and most people think that they have nutritionist or teams to help them get into shape. That’s the furthest from the truth especially for sienna miller and her weight loss story to play the baroness in G.I. Joe.

To lose weight you need to focus on specific aspects of how you want your body to look and for a action film you need to make sure that it looks like you can do the scenes that your character would in the comic books or cartoons. So for that sienna needed to perform a lot of high rep lower boy work. Squats were essential to her workout since they work the entire lower body in a joint fashion that needs to happen during all of her action scences as the baroness in gi joe.

Another big aspects of the sienna miller workout was plyometrics. Now the baroness doesn’t jump from building to building but sienna needed to make sure that she was agile when the scene called for it. So what plyometrics could anyone do? Well jumping is of itself ploymetric, just squat down and jump up. More advanced movements for the baroness were depth jumps. You stand on a platform and let your body fall then try to spring through the roof. This worked well for defining the hamstrings and glutes.

Lastly, sienna miller, for the role of baroness in g.i.joe, to lose weight needed to focus on her cardio training. Now this wasn’t your usual type of cardio where she just walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. She needed to do interval training to lose fat in the shortest amount of time. Keep in mind that she was on set for the movie so she couldn’t exactly take time off and do for a long jog. She needed to get in a quick workout and get out.

So now put all of this together and you can see how she was able to fit into such a tight outfit. You just found out how sienna miller was able to play the role of the baroness in g.i. joe and lose weight and look great.
